33pd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

To register and use 33pd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing 33pd from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or playing on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 33pd or any other online gaming platform for fraud, abuse, or responsible gaming grounds.

33pd does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether using 33pd is lawful in their jurisdiction. 33pd accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the platform from a restricted jurisdiction. Players who access 33pd via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions do so in direct violation of these Terms, and any account balances or winnings accrued in this manner may be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 33pd account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any detail changes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Opening a second account under any name, phone number, payment method, or device.
• Registering on behalf of or for use by another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33pd account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify 33pd support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 33pd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All deposits to 33pd must be made using payment methods accepted on the platform. Currently accepted methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are set per method and may be updated without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 33pd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to support immediately. 33pd reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.

Withdrawals from 33pd are subject to the following conditions. Players must ensure that all applicable KYC requirements are met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
• 33pd reserves the right to conduct additional checks prior to approving withdrawal requests. Players must not have any outstanding bonus wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal request, unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.

33pd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific terms of an individual promotion state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, or per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 33pd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, collusion, or any attempt to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure. Free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire and cannot be reinstated.

All bets placed on 33pd are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where 33pd explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature. The following conditions apply to all betting activity:

• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 33pd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts.
• 33pd's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes must be raised via live chat support within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33pd and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets; exploiting software errors or malfunctions for financial gain; colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes; money laundering or using 33pd for any illegal financial activity; and attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any aspect of the 33pd platform or its underlying software.

33pd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits — cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all gaming activity on 33pd. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33pd support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment account within a reasonable processing period. 33pd reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice, and to withhold balances pending investigation into suspected fraud, abuse, or other policy violations.

All content on the 33pd platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the property of 33pd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 33pd content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from interrupted service, data loss, technical errors, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. 33pd's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33pd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the platform at 33pd.app/terms-conditions. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. Your continued use of 33pd following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 6.2.
